Your first pediatric dental visit
If you’d like to use OPD Smiles for your child’s dental home, we can’t wait to welcome them to our practice. We make sure to make this appointment fun and stress-free for your child. During their first visit, we will ask questions about your child’s dental history and oral hygiene routine.
Next, we will gently examine your child’s smile to check for signs of tooth decay, gum disease, oral abnormalities, and any other potential issues. We will then clean your child’s teeth to remove any plaque or tartar, and beautifully polish their smile to finish.
Your first orthodontic visit
Every orthodontic treatment starts with a free consultation. We offer orthodontic solutions for children, teens, and adults alike – so if you decide you want to straighten your smile alongside your child, we’d love to book you in for a free consultation too!
At your orthodontic consultation, we will discuss any concerns you have about your/your child’s smile. We will then do a smile exam with photos and X-rays as needed to determine which treatment would suit you/your child best.
We will then design a 100% custom treatment plan to guide your/your child’s smile in proper alignment. Last, we will give you time to ask any questions you have about our treatment and payment options.
